On February 7, 2025, all partners of the Erasmus+ project Empowering Digital Transformations for Senior Musicians (2023-1-BG01-KA210-ADU-000152921) gathered for a virtual meeting to discuss the latest developments and upcoming activities. Representatives from DiPaCre (Bulgaria), AEGARE (Spain), KEPDER (Türkiye), and Vox Civica (Romania) were present to reflect on progress and plan for key events in the coming months.

The primary focus of the meeting was the final preparations for the Webinar on March 7, 2025, which will mark the official launch of LEARN!, our innovative open-source learning platform. The partners discussed the event’s format, content, and outreach strategies to maximize participation and engagement. The webinar will include a live demonstration of the platform, an overview of its features, and insights into how it can benefit senior musicians and other stakeholders in the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI).

Another important topic on the agenda was the upcoming training session in Sofia, Bulgaria, from April 7–10, 2025. This hands-on training will bring together senior musicians and trainers for an immersive learning experience focused on digital upskilling. The partners explored logistical details, curriculum design, and outreach strategies to ensure a successful event. Discussions highlighted the importance of engaging senior musicians from diverse backgrounds and equipping them with practical digital skills to help them navigate the digital music landscape.

Looking ahead, the group also explored the potential for future training sessions in Spain, emphasizing the importance of expanding the project’s reach and offering more opportunities for senior musicians to engage with digital technologies. These discussions included ideas for increasing visibility, building partnerships with local organizations, and tailoring content to meet the specific needs of Spanish musicians.

The meeting ended on a high note, with all partners reaffirming their commitment to the project’s objectives and expressing enthusiasm for the upcoming activities. The next few months will be pivotal as we launch LEARN! and continue empowering senior musicians across Europe through targeted training and support.

Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t forget to join us for the LEARN! launch webinar on March 7, 2025, at 13:00 CET!

Together, we are building a future where senior musicians are equipped to thrive in the digital era.
