DiPaCre Launches a New Erasmus+ Partnership with Genç Ufuklar Kulübü in Türkiye

Digital Partnerships for Creative Europe (DiPaCre) is pleased to announce a new international partnership with Genç Ufuklar Kulübü (Young Horizons Club) in Türkiye. Together, we are preparing an accredited learning mobility in Istanbul that will bring 48 adult learners active in the Cultural and Creative Industries together to develop their digital, creative, and organisational skills.

The partnership is an important step in delivering our Erasmus+ Plan, which supports continuous upskilling, high-quality learning opportunities, and stronger international cooperation in the cultural and creative sector.

Preparing a practical learning experience in Istanbul

Following the formalisation of our partnership, both organisations have started jointly developing the curriculum for the mobility, scheduled for 10–19 April 2026 in Istanbul.

Our shared priority is to create a programme that connects learning with the everyday realities of cultural professionals. Through workshops, practical exercises, and collaborative activities, participants will explore how digital technologies and artificial intelligence can support creative work, cultural management, and audience engagement.

The programme will address several complementary areas:

  • Management of cultural organisations, including planning, coordination, and the development of creative projects.
  • Media literacy and disinformation in the age of digital communication.
  • Public speaking and communication, helping participants present their ideas and engage different audiences.
  • Sustainable development, connecting relevant Sustainable Development Goals with cultural practice.
  • Live streaming and video production for cultural events.
  • Practical applications of AI in independent theatre, from developing ideas to supporting the production process.
  • The creative workflow from concept to performance, bringing together digital tools, AI-assisted processes, and music production.

Discussions will also address copyright, responsible use of digital content, and the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for cultural and creative professionals.

Learning through international exchange

The mobility will give participants opportunities to learn alongside peers, exchange professional perspectives, and work together across cultural and disciplinary boundaries. By combining practical training with shared reflection, we aim to help learners identify approaches they can adapt to their own projects and organisations.

Our cooperation with Genç Ufuklar Kulübü brings an international dimension to this learning process. Joint preparation will help both teams align the programme with participants’ needs and create a supportive environment for active participation.

Putting our Erasmus+ Plan into practice

This partnership supports our long-term commitment to strengthening the capacity of people working in the Cultural and Creative Industries. The planned mobility will connect digital transformation, inclusion, sustainability, and international cooperation through a shared learning experience.

We look forward to working with Genç Ufuklar Kulübü and welcoming our participants to Istanbul. As preparations progress, we will share further updates about the programme, the learning activities, and the people taking part.
